We record all external calls delivered to our contact centre phones on a "by Stations, Agents, VDNs or Skills" basis.
In addition to this, we now have a requirement to record the internal calls between two small sub-groups of contact centre agents, we do not wish to record the internal calls for every agent, is there any way to achieve this without the ACR being flooded with internal calls that we do not wish to record / have cluttering up the system?
Anyone any ideas?
