Call By Call data external outbound calls

Hi,
would you please help me with a way to determine from Call By Call data if the outbound calls are external or internal ?

i'm trying to get the same outbound calls that match with AUXOUTOFFCALLS + ACWOUTOFFCALLS ?
so what conditions i should apply on call by call data to get the same number of calls as AUXOUTOFFCALLS + ACWOUTOFFCALLS ?
