    ACR 15.1 only admin user listen to calls

    Hi all,
    i have an issue on ACR 15.1 , only admin user can listen to calls, any other user(even if it have admin privilege) can't run audio and message "not authorized to replay 8325xxxxx" appear on page..can anyone help for solution?
