    Agent Statisticin is not shown

    I have activated Web statistics and Web reporting in General Settings as per documentation but I see "no data to be displayed" message there in Agent Desktop window.

    Any idea why?

    I found the reason

    CC Web Stats server was not configured

      You might want to call Avaya. We have found them to be very helpful. It is our understanding that most customers have support bundled in so there is no extra cost per incident.
