I have copied the QM 10 Install flow for your reference, not sure why you would want to roll back without installing QM in the first place.
    Pre-Installation Requirements
    · Before beginning installation, complete the following tasks: Ensure that the Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 2 or Windows Server 2003 R2 Service Pack 2 operating system is installed on the C:\ drive of all servers that are part of the Quality Monitoring installation.

    · Ensure that all agent and supervisor workstations have Windows Vista Enterprise, Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 installed.

    · Ensure that the correct host name is set on all machines that will contain the Verint Systems servers. You cannot change the host name after the installation is complete.

    · Determine the domain to which the Verint Systems servers will belong. Refer to Support for Fully Qualified Domain Names on page 191 for detailed instructions on how to set up access. You can access the Quality Monitoring system in the following ways: IP address, for example, http://123.45.67.890:8285/qm, Fully qualified domain name, for example, http://www.servername.com:8285/qm or http://servername.xyz.com:8285/qm
Default server name usage, for example, http://servername:8285/qm .

    · For Windows 2003, you need to add the URL to your Trusted Sites (Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options> Security > Trusted Sites).
    · Install the MS SOAP Toolkit 3.0: In a Quality Monitoring with Full-time Recording environment, you must install the MS SOAP Toolkit 3.0 on the eRecorder server before proceeding with the Quality Monitoring Installation. Without the MS SOAP toolkit, all contacts that contain audio cannot be exported. If the contact has only video, Live Monitor in IP, the contact can be exported. You can install it at any time during the OEM installation, but you must install it before installing the Quality Monitoring system. To install Microsoft SOAP Toolkit 3.0, use the Quality Monitoring installation DVD.
    · Check the MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) version: 1. Open the mdac folder on the Quality Monitoring installation DVD. 2. Run cc_pkg.exe (the component checker). The minimum required version for Quality Monitoring 7.8 SP1 is MDAC 2.8 SP1.
    · If the component checker reveals that the version of MDAC on the target machine is lower, a warning message will appear. You then need to install the latest service pack to upgrade the MDAC to the required version. Note:MDAC 2.8 comes with Windows 2003 Server. On Windows 2003, MDAC can be upgraded only by either installing operating service packs or via windows updates.

    Server Security Prerequisites
    · You must have full administrative rights to complete all of the installation tasks successfully. You must have read/write permissions to the folders on which you intend to install Quality Monitoring and Tomcat. Appropriate administrative rights are also required to write several keys into the HKLM hive in the registry.
    Installation Order
    · Windows 2003 SP2
    · SQL2005 SP3
    · MS SOAP
    · MDAC
    · Server side Java
    · Dialogic 6.0
    · QM components depending on solution: 1 server or multiple server topology?

    Installation:
    MSSOAP
Run soapsdk.exe accepting license and default settings
Found under third party components folder on QM DVD
    MDAC
Verify that MDAC2.8 was installed as part of windows2003 SP2 install using the MDAC component checker found on QM DVD under third party components, Ensure that MDAC DLL components show file versions 2.8.
    Java
Install Java 1.5.0_12 server found on QM DVD under third party components accepting defaults and going for typical option.
    Dialogic
Note: Avaya QM 10 will not be utilising the dialogic cards however the QM installer needs to detect that the dialogic software has been installed otherwise it will not proceed.

    QM
Before installing the QM Application we need to create the QM database as per following steps:

    1. Create the following folder on your database server: .\InstallQM_temp\database\
    2. Load the Quality Monitoring installation DVD and navigate to the folder: <DVDrom>:\database\MS SQL Server\2005 directory
    3. Copy the following files to folder .\InstallQM_temp\
    RunAll.cmd,
    create_database.sql
    Restore_DB.sql
    create_logins.sql
4 Load the Quality Monitoring installation DVD and navigate to the folder: <DVDrom>:\database\MS SQL Server\database directory 5 Copy the following file to folder .\InstallQM_temp\database\ QM.dmp

Edit following files as per your site specifics:

      1.Create_database_sql
Edit location of data01.mdf and trans01.mdf as highlighted below to reflect the locations you set in previous, don’t forget to pay attention to drive letter.

      2. Create_logins.sql (nothing to modify here)
      3.Restore_db.sql
Edit location of where you copied your QM.dmp file. Edit location of data.mdf,index.ndf,log.ldf as per your installation specifics:
      =
      4. Edit the RunAll.cmd as per blow:
You will have to edit hostname, database instance if used and specify sa password. Changes required highlighted below:

      4. Edit the maintenance_sp.sql to reflect location of where you want the backups to go:

      5.Maintenance_jobs.sql

      6. create_maintance_jobs.cmd
Edit QM database hostname, db instance if used and sa password

      7. Check the log files to validate QM witness DB has been created, and that you can login to Witness DB using eqadmin, passion. Once in check to make sure the maintenance jobs to backup and shrink database have also been created. (if all ok proceed to step 8)
      8. From the QM DVD go to the QM folder and run the install.htm
      1. Select Quality Monitoring server components then run
      2. Input the applicable customer information
      3. Specify drive letter onto which you want to place your QM installation (note in the real world we normally go for 4 drive partitions
      1. Operating system
      2. Database drive onto which we install SQL and QM witness database
      3. QM application install drive
      4. Data drive. Example ecorder\01\data

Under custom setup> select the components you want to install, in our example we have a 1 server solution: select eRecorder, web and BDR

You will be prompted with following message, say yes:

Always select install all services under the localsystem account, otherwise search service will not start.

The following screen is an example of what you get with search service if you choose to install using account other than local system, you can always change back once install is complete.

Once installation is complete and after reboot ensure QM services are started and then launch http://localhost:8285/qm

      Login to system admin.

      Resolution:
      Open serverconfig.xml under tomcat\webapps\qm
      and database.xml found under C:\Tomcat\webapps\sysadmin-conf
make sure pointing to the correct server and port

      restarted tomcat service
Login to QM>goto system admin>root settings>login> change maximum concurrent from 1 to 10 or 20
If you get message maximum number of sessions exceeded, then go to database and run delete from user_session

      Dialogic version 6.0
      Run setup.exe from Avaya-DVD2-QM\Third Party Components\dialogic\SR6.0
