    AAAD multimedia tab SSO

    In AACC agent desktop login,
    can the "multimedia tab" also be pre-filled/automated so the whole login process is SSO ?

      The newest service pack / patch removes the need for Multimedia login. Pls check that one

        yes

        yes go to multimedia dashboard Agent Desktop Configuration > General Settings
        Also look in User settings > Advanced
