    IPOCC the agent licenses not referesh on WebLm server install whit IPOCC instalation

    I have a trouble whit the license agent. When the agent try do login into user Interface application, the application show the agent in wrap up status. The agent is can not recive calls because application is not licencse available.
    Please Avaya only show me a document, into document is a solution is " upgrade to SP".
    Already update the IPOCC but the problem continues
