Call Forwading - CMS

I'm trying to program a button on a 9611G IP phone that when active will forward calls to my cell. CM only allows me to enter another extension for forwarding - not a full phone number. I made changes to COS to allow for the external forwarding but that hasn't helped any. Any suggestions ? Thanks

What you need is an Avaya product called EC500 (expand to cellular). Your system should have come with 5 licenses. And yes . . . you can program a button on your phone to toggle the feature on and off.
