here is what I found in the docs:
Configuring a Reporting Server
About this task
Configure a reporting server for
peer-to-peer Instant Messaging
and voice history.
But I don't know how to get (download) this statictic from Reporting Server

You can search chat history through AAAD, or use the multimedia WS.
