    Multi-site CCE with failover

    Have a BP with a customer who wants to upgrade thier CCE implementation over two sites with CCE and IDS servers on each site in Active/Standby mode. The second site has an ESS CM. If the main site fails then they want the Standby server on the second site to take over. Another requirement is for both sets of servers to use the same License Director.

    Is there anyone in this forum who as implemented such a system and can you please share the architecture with me and any other useful information.

        Making the Tsapi client to failover among the multiple AES links configured with the two CM server should help you in achieving the failover.
