we have IP office release 10 integrated to ACCS release 7.
An ip office phone to ip office phone shows the name of the caller. This is fine.
The contact centre agents are using Avaya aura agent Desktop and when an IP phone user call the Agent, it shows the extension number and not the name of the caller !
Has anyone else seen this before ?
