Client Upgrading To Oracle 11. Any issues with IC 7.2?

Hello,
I have a client upgrading their Oracle database to Version 11. Can this upgrade work with Avaya IC 7.2? Has anyone experienced any issues performing such an upgrade to Oracle alongside Avaya IC 7.2?

Hi,

IC 7.2 is supported with Oracle 11g , hence there should not be any problem with upgrading oracle to 11g. Provided your DBA takes care of migration of data from older version of oracle to new verion of oracle 11g.
