One-X Agent directory integration over LDAP: does it allow to map custom ActiveDirectory fields like "ipPhone" like One-X Communicator does? How do we display the internal extension of a user besides the work number and the home number when doing an "Advanced Search" using an LDAP-integrated directory service? Thanks in advance!
