I want to upgrade a customer using IPO R9.0 (Essential + Preferred) running on Dell R210 XL application server and 500V2 GTW for PRI trunks. The CC we are using is ACCS R6.4 to IPO R10 and ACCS to R7.
I have the following questions:
1. Can I re-use the Dell R630 ACCS server and simply upgrade OS from Server 2008 to 2012?
2. Which other changes are needed on the ACCS server to support ACCS R7
3. What is the max. agent capacity of the above configuration?
