    Dear Friends,

    We are facing issue with WFM, when agent loged in to wfm to check their activity no time records are showing in their profiles and in log history shows no time record found for this specified period.

    we are facing issue after upgrade of CM and AES from 6.3 to 7.1.

    can you please any resolution for this?
    is their any CA root certificate need to be import into wfm server or TSAPI client need to be install?

    we have resolve this issue...

    as CMS RTA is not sending data to WFM,

    after restarting bluepumkin services, issue resolved.
