CCE 5.0 with old agent application ?

how can I activate agent desktop 2.1.1 on CCE 5.0 is it possible ?

with 4.0 I succeded doing that using registering PhoneX.ocx of 4.0 instead of the 2.1.1.

can anyone help ?

The CCE Agent has been removed from the CCE product suite since 4.0. The reason you are able to register phoneX.ocx is being CCE Supervisor 4.0 is still using that component. However, since CCE 4.1, the standalone Supervisor has been replaced with the CCE Desktop Supervisor plug-in. So to answer your question, you will not able to use CCE Agent toolbar. However, you can use CCE Desktop. If you have developed a custom application using PhoneX.ocx, you will need to use XML Client and convert your code to utlize XML Client.
