Information to open Service Request (ticket) with Avaya Support

There are two ways to open a ticket with Avaya Support group- through web & through Customer Support Helpline

-To open a ticket online, Go to www.support.avaya.com --> Under Self Service option (on right hand side) --> Create Service Request
- You can also call Avaya Helpdesk and request to open new Service Request (SR/ Ticket). Avaya's in-country helpdesk numbers are available at https://support.avaya.com/css/appman...rectory_Public
