AACC 7.0.2.0 - Enterprise Web Chat - Custom Field Code
AACC - Enterprise Web Chat allows web frontend to configure Custom Fields. This is a very helpful feature as this allows to display additional information to agents.
As an example if customer is already verified or not. May be customer username and other ID & V information.
