Announcement file supported type

Currently, channel type is mono. So, please suggest and provide details to convert channel type from mono to stereo.

As per the discussion, to check a feasibility of announcement supported channel format of stereo .wav file instead of mono .wav file which are uploaded as a announcement files in CM,
