Exporting to Excel

I can export the extention list in text format but can't remember how to export into Excel
so the extension number, port etc. are in seperate colums and can be easily edited and things as we get ready for a new call accounting system.
In CM 5 I know thw short "browse extensions , and the long export routes it's the formating into Excel I can't get. this is Excel 2007 and Win 7 an upgrade well newer version from last time I did this.

Use ASA for this , use export option under advanced and select the fields or ranges you want to export to a CSV file .
