I tride to call forward some one else number from my phone useing the *2 than the number but the number want go .my cos is 25 my cor 0 I should be able to do it right.

Can you paste the COS information in here, ultimately it depends on whether or not you have console permissions set to yes on your COS. Then you would dial the call forward code of *2, then the extension you are forwarding, then the number that you are forwarding to.
