This is kind of trivial, but it is becoming a prevalent concern in my call center. When using One-X Agent in telecommuter mode, users are usually able to pick up the phone designated as the contact phone in their configuration to answer a call. Sometimes, however, they pick up their phone and the call doesn't get connected. They must click the green receiver in the One-X application to connect the call. Is there a way to correct this so that all calls connect by picking up the ringing contact phone?
