How to get Events of Line Buttons

Hi,

Can any One help me for getting events of Line Buttons
Like detect the when user press the Manual-In Line Button during calls .

It would depend on the type of endpoint, if this is a soft endpoint i.e. one-x or ip-agent, there are log files that can be checked. Otherwise the only way I know of is via MST trace.
