Polycom SoundStation2 only allowing 3 locations on call

Hi

We recently purchased a Polycom SoundStation2 for conference calls.

This is connected as an analogue station on our Avaya Definity.

For some reason we can only connect in two more locations (parties) for a maximum of three on a call.

Is there a setting on the Avaya somewhere that we need to change to allow more callers?
