Providing Caller ID on analog phone through OPX circuits

We have 2 remote sites connected to our analog boards through OPX circuits provided by our carrier.

The called ID (name and phone numbers) are not displayed when receiving an incoming call.

Looked at my system-parameters customers and the "Analog Trunk Incoming Call ID" is set to "NO"

If we enable this feature, will it resolve the issue?

If you are using analog trunk card and the issue is only to display caller ID you need to enable that feature.
