am new on the avaya ecosystem, i just got hired on a big company in my country and i'm still learning how things work.
i did a lot of research to update the time on the system...😐
- i tried the command : set time on ASA but as you can see on the picture, the system doesnt let me change hours and minutes (i tried on emulation mode too and got the same result)
- i tried the sync time with the PC option and got no luck there either, when i try to, this message appears as shown in the picture above : (not supported on MultiVantage systems)

- When connecting to the web GUI of the CM , i found the NTP option to sync time automatiqly but the system itself isnt connected to the internet.
when i did some researsh i found some treads talking about changing time on the SMGR web GUI but i cant find the IP-ID & password to acces it.
* Here are some informations about the PBX:
hardware:
x2 Servers : Dell PowerEdge R630 (or R620 am not sure) with intel Xeon E5-2640 @ 2.6GHz
x10 G650 Media gateways that are linked to the servers with ethernet cables and a switch.
Software:
Cummunity Manager 7.1.3
Avaya Site Administration 6.0 with SP14
knowing that there are like 500 people using this system daily, and i don't have a playground to do tests, am stuck 😕
