First off . . . What version of CM and call center are you running? And after that would you provide a bit more detail as to what you wnat to happen? I would rather not go off on a tangent talking aboiut something that is of no concern to you.Thank you,

My requirement is like I have to automate the process of displaying the queues behavior status using my Avaya CMS supervisor.(Which is connected to TV monitor). I found something like that I can monitor some queues for a period of time using the designer reports option in it. Is it possible for me to create different groups( group1 having 4 queues & group2 having 3 queues) and make a loop in a such a way that group1 is displayed for 1minute after which the group2 should be displayed ????.
CMS version is 17.0
CM version is 5.2
