    Credit Card Machine issues

We are having issues with our credit card machines intermittently completing transactions. We are using analog ports off of our Avaya Aura Communications Manager 5.2.1. The station ports have been switched and the phone jacks and wiring tested and all is good. The machines have been replaced and we are still having issues. Has anyone experienced similiar issues? I'm trying to figure out the next thing to try.

Is the outbound trunk in the same port network as the analog port? If so, you'll want to check the synchronizaton source of the G650.

If the outbound trunk is not in the same port network, you'll want to check the sync source AND check the codec source in use for the network region. Ensure that modem support is activated. List trace on outbound calls from the endpoint to see which codec is used.

      Also,
Just a suggestion, try to make the change on the Avaya route pattern from "rest" to "unre"
