Hi, I'm having a problem with one of my AVAYA servers, It's a S8710 Media Server wich is restarting after 90s of uptime.
This server is running CMS 5.2 under Linux
After some tests (with other hard drive) I've identified that the problem is with the ASR (Automatic System Recovery) wich make de linux restart. I’ve tried a new install of CMS 5.2 and still restarts after 90s, but with this new installation I was able to remove de HPASM driver and the problem was solved. I’ve test all the hardware and it’s OK but something with de HPASM is not working and it’s causing the linux to restart.
To workaround this issue I need to remove this drive from the original installation but the user DADMIN don’t have these rights.
Can anyone help me ?
