Looking for Something More Robust than List Trace

I use "li tra" extensively as a diagnostic tool. However from time to time I would like to run a trace for an extended period of time. In the past I have used a product called "Call Flow Extract" for this.

However, this product has not been revised in some time. So it does not work reliably anymore. I looked at Save Our Switch(r) from River City Software. But its support only goes to CM 2.0.

Does anyone know of something more robust in the marketplace that you can recommend? I would certainly appreciate it.
    Thank you,

Hi, Bill. What product are you using now to run a trace? Any recommendations would be great.

This can be done natively within CM by running an MST trace. Relevant commands:

      sta mst
      ch mst
      disable mst
      enable mst
      clear mst

It's extremely verbose but processor intensive, so leaving it running for long periods during high traffic times may impact service. Use your judgment. Luckily the filters are very specific. Decode the output using the MTA tool in the CM web interface under System Logs.

I only use the Avaya command "list trace"

That's all I have. There must be something better out there. But I don't have it.

I am not familiar with this tool set. When I tried to open the "Native Configuration Manager" in System Management Interface (SMI) I was blocked by our security system. Is there a terminal emulator as for CMS?
