Definity G3 conference room phone question

Hello, I have a remote site in a different state, they have Avaya Definity g3. I need a recommendation for a conference room phone, that I can walk normal office personal on how to attach. I am a newbie to PBX, they have a B149 analog conference phone, we could use. But, in my limited knowledge, I would have to access the system to set it up. Any idea’s on a simple solution. A new phone is an option; I would just need to know which one. I appreciate any help.

You will need an pull an analog station out to the conference room in order to connect your Polycom or Speaker-Phone device. You also have to configure the station in the PBX base on its Analog Port Allocation.

You better of hiring a local resource to help you through this.

One Last Thing. - If you already have an Analog port installed the Conference Room, you might be able to reuse it

Is your organization looking to stay with analog? The B189 is a great alternative that uses poe/voip instead of analog.
