Just wanted some help on a peculiar issue. I have a customer saying that when he schedules a conference from the web browser an email is not generated.
However emails are sent whenever the end user account has been modified. It was working earlier but has broken.
Could it be because the ReservationConfirmationScheduled.txt is missing data ?
