Two configuration errors that will not delete? IP Office 9.0.700.983

I have two configuration errors that will not delete.

They don't show up in the IP Office extension list.

How do I remove these errors.

What are the errors that you are seeing?

Error List
Extension 8088 1472598 An Extension with this IP address is already configured
Extension 8090 1472599 An Extension with this IP address is already configured

Sort by extension ID and look for 8088 and 8090, then check that under the VoIP tab the IP addresses aren't the same (usually they don't need to be set at all.)
