TN771DP MAINTENANCE/TEST firmware download

We have S8800 CM5.2.1 + G650
And have problem with TN771DP MAINTENANCE/TEST board
Prod ID:700463482 S/N:10WZ35108442 HV9 08/29/2010 Ser:9 Vin:H9F20

We try download firmware V22 or V23 but for this action we need SSO customer level.
We not have "Sold To#" and cant download firmware for ERROR board.

How we can download firmware V22 for ERROR board.
This board not working and say "I want firmware download!"

You should be able to use the "enable filexfer" command with a superuser login. The customer should have access to the system with a superuser status login. Once you have enabled filexfer, you have to copy the firmware to the TN799DP with a SFTP/SCP tool and then "change firmware download" to have the firmware copy from the TN799 to the TN771.

Noting you are apparently outside the US, no one in the US would be permitted to transfer the technology outside the US. You can contact your local Avaya representatives for assistance though.

From TN799DP C-LAN to TN771DP Maintenance/Test with "filexfer".
I installing this S8800 CM5.2.1 server, and sometimes use "filexfer" for TN2501AP Voice Announcement board.

Local Avaya representatives "OCS Distribution" have "fish language" - nothing in answer.
And in support.avaya.com we not have a SSO customer level.
P.S. sometimes I use INTEL PC board and sometimes I free download new bios for this board.
