Why does an agent with all privileges not see any topics, agent groups, campaigns, telephones, teams?

Privileges give an agent the right for uses the privileged function. Authorizations give an agent the right to handle the authorized objects (Agents, Teams, Telephones, Telephone groups, Campaigns, Topics, Agent groups).
To set the authorizations use the module Configuration.
1. Double-click on the agent.
2. Click Authorization in tab General.
3. You can assign all or appropriate.
