    Digital handsets on IPO SE

Can IPOCC agents use the disgital handsets connected to an IP500v2 expansion unit when the IPOCC is connced to the Primary Server. The underlying question is does TAPI now cover the SCN element of IPOSE to the point Agent handsets can be registered to any node.

    Answer

IPOCC Agents can be placed everywhere on the SE solution: Primary, secondary, IPOL expansion or IPO500v2 expansion. Use the IPOCC supported phones.
