Is there any way of not showing the tag names and only showing the information?

You are creating a Telephony template to use for Agents and you are adding Tags e.g. CCK_Caller_Name.
You do not want that the tag Name is shown.

Answer

1. Click right on the element
2. Choose Properties.
3. Mark Display names.
4. Enter for example a blank.
5. Save the settings.

The element is shown without text.

You can also use the TAG element without a border and it will show value only, then you can add Label element to provide signage as necessary.

Renaming Counters

Is it possible to rename counters so reports make sense to management? %ToOccuoACW as an example will not make sense to anyone out side of the contact centre

reporting counters can be renamed: in User Interface ->Administration-> configuration -> menu service -> Reporting filters
search the counter which to rename in list, double click on it, a dialog "Overwrite Counter Name" appears, type in the new name and close with "OK"
