One client to call the IPOCC and experience the following.
Before the caller hear the annoucement this caller hear the ringing tone first before hearing the annoucement, and then before the caller reach or connect to the agent the caller will hear a short ring tone before the agent answer.
Client is requesting to remove the rinnging tone in the whole call flow. The call is very basic. Topic then block time if yes go to agent if no agent avail go to annoucemnt.
