We have a customer who is looking to integrate the IPOCC IVR with a CRM database and play back the contents of a specific entry in the DB to the customer.
Now, the catch here is that they want to play it back in Hindi and Gujarati. So, is it possible to deploy a language pack on the IPOCC IVR to get this functionality? like how we do it on the Experience Portal..
