Reports showing time as 1 hour out of sync.

When generating a report the date created time & period are 1 hour out of sync.

Ie Report generated at 15:00hrs for 08:00 to 20:00

Details from report:
Name: 02_Topic_report_TEST
date created: 07/02/2014 14:00
Owner: System
Period: 07/02/2014 07:00 to 19:00

Server time is correct.

Any Ideas
