How can I uninstall the IPOCC?

I have a new customer that had IPOCC 9.0.2 installed but have never been programmed because we were waiting for TAPI license. I tried to upgrade it to 9.0.3 but there is error messages for some modules. I think the best way is to uninstall everything but there has about 10 different IPOCC programs. What's the best way to uninstall them?

    Use Control Panel

    1. Administratiove Tools - Services
    2. Stop Service IPOCC Watchdog
    3. Control Panel - Programs - Programs and Features
    4. Uninstall all IPOCC programs
    5. For all Databases use Change - Remove

What if the option for Remove is not there? It is asking for a Sybase DB login?

The configuration is stored in the cc database, so backing up the database is the only way. The task flows and IVR scripts can be exported.
