I have a customer who says their IPO500v2 and Parked Calls disappear then a few minuets later reappear. They also complain of messages going to wrong mailbox from time to time. They use a mixture of 1416 & 1408 sets.
They use Comcast POTS Lines and 4 0f 6 lines in Hunt Group. Ohter two lines are private lines. Embedded 4 port VM. Very busy dr office who could probalby use more lines but that doesn't explain the calls disappearing in Park only to reappear again.
3rd complaint is they get waiting for line even though knowone is on the line. We have found in these cases there was some type of line issue.
I have noticed they have there Primary alarm line on one of the Private lines. Not sure if this is causing any issues.
