Does IPOCC support the IPO IP Softphone as a voip station for the agents to use?
It seems as if IPO dynamically assigns a physical extension number to IPO Softphone registrations and they not static. So the softphone is assigned a static user extension and a dynamic physical extension. With this behavior IPOCC agents do not know what extension they are being assigned in IPO when using IP Softphone. Any way to change IPO to use static extension numbers?
