    IP Office 500 Remote Phone

    Hi,

    Our company uses an IP Office 500 V2.
    One of our employees works remotely but his IP phone works through the company system.

    We have recently changed the office ADSL router because the old one was becoming unreliable.

    However since changing the router our remote worker's IP phone has stopped working

    We believe we copied all the configuration from the old router to the new one.
    All the rest of our VPN seems to work except the one remote IP phone.

    Any suggestions as to what we might have missed in the configuration of the new router?

    Check Setting

    I have notice that newer hardware has this issue with remote phones. I normally see this on the remote end of the connection and putting a router behind it seems to mask the packets from the ISP. It seems like the ALGs are on by default on some hardware which can interfere with communication. I would check this out.
