Can reports be emailed automatically to external email address?

Is it possible to generate the reports automatically and email to external (not the IPOCC email)?

I also would like to know that.
Also I discovered the when sending email by smtp, the ipocc first give a Mail From with the destination email adres in stead of statScheduler_KBIPOCC@...... This results in a error from the email server if the destinaton is a address outside the configured domain.

anyone an idea how to solve this?

The domain to use as from address can be configured. In UI configuration - menu Service - select special setting. In end of the dialog enter the domain to use

We had Avaya IPOCC version 10.1.0xxx



We had enabled automatic reporting on email.



Customer is getting report form below email id [email protected]”



Is there any possibility to change this email ID ??

Can we change statscheduler_zyduipocc?

zyduipocc is the IPOCC server host name.

Can you please provide some input.
