    Abandoned calls in Real time or Reports

    I have a main topic programmed as AA greeting. I also have a variable to allow supervisor to change so it will play a pre-recorded greeting before normal AA greeting. For example if there has a known issue on Internet connection, it will play a greeting to let the caller know the team is working on it and please hang up. However they are treated as abandoned calls. Is there any way to show the calls that hang up in middle of greetings or without pressing any digit in realtime or report?
