    Chat not making it to agent desktop

    Able to login to chat queue, however, when a chat is initiated, it doesn't alert the agent desktop. Attached is an error log from the IPOCC server.

    Please check TTrace log ChatTaskserver:

    Server state is now: eRouteActive -> Then ChatTaskserver works.

    AgentSignOnAG: .Agent=..... -> is an Agent signed on?

    or add complete TTrace log.

      Issue Resolved

      Activating the Task Flow in the Task Flow editor resolved the issue.
