IPOCC Extend Wrap up Element not showing up

When trying to add the Extend Wrap up element to the Contact Bar it is not showing up in the edit contact bar. Ideas on why not?

Did you ever get an answer on this? We are having the same issue.

if the user, who wants to configure the contact bar has not the privilege "Extent Wrap Up" by himself, he is not able to see this button.

OK, is this something the User has to configure or can we do in a Profuile? The Extend Wrap up icon is not even showing up when logged in as Administrator so we cannot add to anyones Contact Bar.
