Need some help here. Have an enduser that is trying to install Avaya Workplace 3.38.1 on a Windows 11 PC and the installation hangs and then crashes. They have tried multiple times to install with the same result.
What logs can I review to determine why the installation is failing or what can I do to help the end user get the program installed?
Everything is UTD on the computer, so no issues there, and many other end users have installed without trouble.
