    Avaya CM10 isn’t adjusting to the DST

    Hello,
    I’m pretty new to telephony, and I haven’t had much luck with Avaya. With the Daylight Savings Time change, my phones are an hour behind. I went to my phone switch and checked in SMGR and in ASA, and they both say it is on DST Rule 1. Is there anything else I can do?

    Hi, and welcome!

    Have you already verified the CM Server Date/Time in the CM web interface? You can access the web interface by putting https://<cm-ip-address> in a browser window.

    If you go to Administration -> Server (Maintenance), there should be options on the left side for Server Date/Time, Time Zone Configuration (and it might be good to double check the NTP Configuration).
